The INHANCE? Fluoro-Seal business was formed in 2000 with the hiring of Dr. Bernard Bauman, the primary inventor and developer of this class of materials. Prior to this, Dr. Bauman was Chairman and President of Composite Particles, Inc., in Allentown PA, a company that he founded. Composite Particles developed and manufactured a number of surface modified rubber and plastic particle products, and sold these world-wide under the trade name VISTAMER?.
